- Do I need Wow Extensions for the Pro add-ons?
- Yes. One Page Checkout, Checkout Field Editor, and Subscription register as extensions of the core Wow Extensions plugin and require it to be installed and active.
- Does Role Based Pricing work with variable products?
- Yes. You can set role-specific prices on both simple and variable products, including per-variation overrides and per-product inherit/exclude/override modes.
- Does Checkout Field Editor work with checkout blocks?
- Yes. The extension declares cart/checkout blocks compatibility and includes dedicated integration for WooCommerce Blocks checkout in addition to classic checkout.
- How do subscription renewals work?
- When renewals are enabled, due subscriptions are checked on a schedule. A pending renewal order is created and the customer receives an invoice email to pay through your normal checkout. Automatic card capture depends on your payment gateway.
- Can customers cancel subscriptions themselves?
- Yes, when allowed in Subscription settings. Customers see a Subscriptions section in WooCommerce My Account with list and detail views.
- How do I get updates and support?
- Free updates come through WordPress.org. Pro licenses receive updates and support through wowextensions.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
